In a situation where you are unsure of where to turn and how to navigate the system, Michael would always be my choice. I would be very hesitant to believe any negative reviews .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing and disgusting experience with this lawyer. I was looking for a family lawyer in Richmond Hill on Google, and his name came up. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give him a shot, which was a big mistake. From making extremely racist remarks about my situation such as "you people typically get into things like this" to his general lack of interest in my case, on which he insisted he should be paid $300 for an initial consultation, it was a horrible experience. There are many other good lawyers in Richmond Hill such as Nadia Warsi, do not go to this man.

He puts effort in his client and works hard to get exactly what your looking for. He’s specifically been working with myself on my case for 3 years now, I couldn’t ask for a better representative. He is thus far gotten me what I have looked for pretaining to my case. I believe he sincerely works hard to appease his party. Thank you for all the hard work you continue to do Mike it doesn’t go unnoticed. If you want to win, he is the one to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Michael Polisuk. Was recommended to me, but I instantly regretted it. He dragged on my very simple case for more than one year, and what he initially promised me (a quick and easy resolution) never occurred. I've ended up paying him 10 times of what he initially assessed, and my case is still pending. Except now ,what he has done is he has completely stopped replying back to my emails and phone calls. Don't trust this guy. I am quite certain the reviews written about him that are positive are just written by him as others have commented! Get another lawyer!

Mr. Polisuk conducts himself with class and dignity. His billings are fair and reasonable, something you never hear from others about their lawyers.
Mr. Polisuk gets right to the point with all issues and brings justice to his clients.
I am baffled by the negative and vicious comments from a select few. They do not reflect the experiences I have had. It seems very clear that they are malicious attempts to discredit a skilled and professional lawyer.(Probably the ex-spouses of his clients.)
On behalf of my daughter and myself, we highly recommend the legal counsel and services of Mr. Michael Polisuk, and are proud to have been represented by him.

His rates were very reasonable. Michael was very accessible, he would return my phone calls and emails within 24 hours with honest and realistic answers. I felt my case was always important to him and was resolved with a very fair result. I would highly recommend Mr. Polisuk to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to deal with Michael Polisuk for a little less than the last two years. He is absolutely despicable. He is essentially a scam artist, not a lawyer, He has underhanded "tactics" which he sells clients on and uses those tactics to attempt to intimidate the opposing clients and their families. The moment he is matched up against a competent lawyer he falls apart miserably. In my specific dealings with him, he would knowingly file false and forged documents, frequently ignore correspondence, and make mistakes in the correspondence that he did take part in. I will be pursuing a very strong complaint against him to The Law Society as trash like this shouldn't be allowed to practice law.

He does not fish for extra money but does what is necessary to win. He is brilliant in court - a real trial lawyer. I have referred him to 2 very close friends and he has done great work for them also. I have read two very negative reviews here and they make no sense. He has done fantastic work for me under very difficult conditions. I am completely satisfied. Great lawyer
