★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a while back to withdraw money. The teller miscounted my money when they started talking to some friend of their's behind me. Didn't seem to bother when I brought the miscount to the attention of the teller and the management.
Will definitely use the ATM instead of going inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good experience never a bad one. All of the staff are knowledgeable and kind. We have been banking with them for 7 years and have been through every kind of banking situation.
When we got foreign cash they were happy to hear details of our trip. Celebrated with us when we purchased our home.
The manager and staff were very helpful and gentle when working with me during the passing of a parent.
Even throughout ups and downs. When we had any problems, they were there to explain and try to help where they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mason was able to assist me in increasing my credit card limit. It was initially a bit of a struggle, mainly from an issue with TD's phone services, though he was able to find a solution. I especially liked that Mason called me personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their mortgage team are completely unprofessional and have zero care. How can someone be pre-approved then a few weeks later deny their mortgage. Their excuse, “your credit score went down since we last checked.” Last checked was a few weeks prior and I have a feeling they did a hard check which lowered down the credit score drastically. They’ve also pulled the credit history, completely lied about some credit history listed in the credit file. They possibly think they’re the only one that can pull the credit history or their client just doesn’t care to double check. Their reasoning doesn’t add up. Find a more honest bank! This TD branch is definitely not it!
