★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please hire a teller that knows how to do their job. The teller told me to come back during a weekday because she couldn't take a deposit on a weekend...really? Why do you hire people that don't know how to use a computer?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying to deposit cash through the ATM and the machine having mechanical difficulties, I went into the branch and explained the issue. Not only was my information ignored, the teller was extremely cold and ungrateful! All I was trying to accomplish was depositing cash This! This is a first for me but, I will be keeping an eye on this moving forward.

Workers have no idea how to do their job, tell you that they will have a manager contact you to fix what THEY messed up, yet refuse to actually let you talk to their manager. Told us how many times that they don't know how to fix what they did or that they will work on it. Thanks again for freezing ALL my accounts over an entire weekend and leaving me with absolutely nothing for something you messed up on. Pretty pathetic that they couldn't be held responsible for their own issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new manager, Carrie S has got to be given some training on customer service. She is NOT good at being a people person. Was totally rude and ignorant to my mother . Please bring De'ell back or make this new manager aware that being a manager doesnt mean you get to be rude

A clerical error froze my entire back account. I had to contact BMO via phone & in person to finally get it resolved. I asked to talk to the branch manager and was given a phone # and email address (cary.schlemko at bmo in case you want your issue to be ignored also). Talking to Cary on the phone resulted in the response "we'll use this as a learning experience" and that's it.
I emailed to let her know my disappointment in writing, and to request help moving my funds to the credit union.
To the surprise of no-one, Branch Manager Cary Schlemko did not return my email or call.
I started moving my funds today and saw a $7.50 charge for moving $25,000 via bank draft. Of course this wasn't told to me during the withdraw request, just like the first time they froze my entire account.
I emailed Cary again, and requested a phonecall to fix this issue. Cary instead had the teller contact me, as she clearly can't be bothered to handle issues at the branch she manages.
Disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

Bank was clean and service was very quick.
I really appreciated how all the staff were still wearing masks and were concerned about safety of the customers. Other banks I’ve been in the city seem to think that the pandemic is over even though the Covid numbers are the highest they have ever been here.
Good job BMO…other banks should follow your lead!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not return phone calls, God forbid if you need to withdraw your own money, if it's a couple of grand be prepared to jump through hoops. They want you to phone first to arrange for the money, then they don't return phone call. Phoned 3 times to make appointment , with again no return call.
