★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a zero star, this is the bank that would receive it. The CIBC branch in the mall is ridiculously unprofessional beyond words can describe. If you want a bank that will make decisions for you without speaking to you first, not meet required deadlines, and meet a level of unprofessionalism that will knock your socks off, then this is the bank for you. I have never been more upset and disgusted with a business than I have with this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just about done with that bank! Got cut off at service Center again, girl I was dealing with put me on hold and got cut off. She had said she would call back but she never did!!! Moving banks after 20 some years with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up and there is only ONE teller working. Some other person sitting at a desk helping someone but not moving anyone along. 4 people standing in front of me.... How long does CIBC think we have to just be standing around waiting on service? If anyone should know that time is money, you'd think it would be a bank. Get more tellers in to serve your people or you're going to lose customers at an exponential rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ive ever been to. Staff are disrespectful, and have zero knowledge or training it seems. Called cibc client care line and they solved my issue immediately with zero problems. The so called "managers" might as well be a bunch of 3 year old children because thats about as bright as they are. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! would have rated zero stars but they wont let me
