★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute WORST bank I have ever had to deal with. Doesn't matter what time you seem to come they only have 1 teller available. Bank here if you like spending a lot of time waiting in line!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been so stressed out by the amount of my time this branch wastes. As I type, I’m in a line of 8 deep and 1 teller, it’s been 15 minutes and no movement. CIBC should strongly consider closing this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyday theirs a 45 minute wait, never more than 2 tellers. Why??!!! You guys charge enough in bank fees to accommodate more tellers!!
Update: they renovate the space, to take out 2 tellers so it doesn’t look like theirs never anyone working...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently the SLOWEST branch in all the banks I've ever had business at. Despite the tellers being super friendly and nice, it is really frustrating when simple deposits take forever.
They rarely have more than 1 teller on at a time and when transactions are complicated your wait time in a line of 3 people can easily be 30-45 minutes.
Where is the business desk? There was one, but it is now gone in favor of more people sitting in empty offices unable to help the tellers.
One word...CROSSTRAIN.
I hate dealing at this bank, but seemingly they continue to get the commercial customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative stars if I could! I roll all my coins a couple times a year and take them into the bank. I carried my heavy bag of rolled coins through the mall to the bank just for a woman to be standing there to tell me that no one could help me because they are all on vacation and their only teller working was taking a 45 minute break... this woman standing there was a teller at one point, and you can’t take my money!? If the only option is to use the atm machine close your doors???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the worst I've ever been treated at a cibc ever!! I went in, and as I was setting up an appointment the lady dealing with a customer next to me was incredibly rude to him. And when I did go in for my meeting I wasnt even in there for 10 minutes before he said "can we hurry this up I have another person waiting for me"... that person's appointment was at 3:30 and I was only in there from 3-3:15 and he expected me to give him a 9-10 rating... not on your life Collen Bootsman

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One teller on at the busiest time of the day to deal with all general and business clients. Been standing in line for 25 min and there was only 4 people ahead of me. It's customer appreciation day so there is a lady handing out cake but NOT helping clients. You know what clients appreciate? EFFICIENCY.
