★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars: Bank tellers are helpful and knowledgeable. The hours is very convenient, they are open even Sundays. Parking space is awesome.
3 stars: But i have to say this, sometimes their system is down, the line is very long and there are 2 or 3 bank teller available.
Im just sayin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular location is terrible. Why are there only two tellers on hand at any time? Yesterday when I visited, a woman walked to the front of the line and was immediately served. She didn't go to the "business" teller, just an average one. When I tried to ask why I wasn't being served because I'd been waiting in line like a normal person, and the teller simply held up her finger to silence me. Seriously?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Special shout out to the manager/supervisor who refused to waive the second $50 dollar transaction fee that was used to correct the error that one of your financial advisors (with an o meaning, not legally responsible for acting in the best interests of their clients) made. You may have got another $50 from me from the additional $1500 you cost me this year but it cost you a lot more once I closed my accounts immediately afterward.
You lost my:
$500,000 mortgage
$2,000,000+ of investments, and
any future loans/mortgages I might have considered.
So enjoy your extra $50.00. It sounds like you need it much, much more than I do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this branch to get a new debit card and the personal financial advisor at the counter David Singh was very rude. He kept rolling his eyes at me and interrupting me when I was trying to answer my security questions.Very unprofessional. Thankfully, an other lady (manager I believe) came in to save the day. Thanks to this lady for not letting me with this unpleasant character!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank ever. They lock their doors after hours so you can’t even go inside to use the atms. What is the point of having them if you just lock the doors? That divider that separates the bank and atms after hours is just an art piece now? What a joke.
