Having the online banking and mobile app makes me feel safer with the ”Security Guarantee” but, I also enjoy the time saving features that are simple to use like ”eDeposits, ”Interac e-Transfers," "Bill Payments," "Upcoming Transactions" and being able to check your credit score in just a couple taps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So why is there only one teller open when all other CIBC locations are temporarily closed in Medicine Hat? The lines are very long. I know they are trying to deter customers from the Tellers to use the ATM instead. But there are a lot of things you cannot do on an ATM. Disinfecting after each customer is not seen here like other businesses. Not okay! At this point, it’s better to open the other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unusual for a bank to be closed all day on a Saturday! Yes I may not be from the area but of all the areas I’ve been to CIBC was always open on Saturday! You know the “weekend” when people actually have a min for themselves!
