Q	Quinn Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is sparkling clean which is the most important factor during Covid. The staff helped us through all the questions and inquiries patiently. We brought our cat to the hotel which he had so much fun as well, and the $ for pet stay is relatively reasonable. Highly recommended this place for family stay.
J	Jo-Ann Joniega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family friendly suites that fit our budget. No housekeeping to clean up everyday. Enjoyed their hot tub though. If you have toddlers and brought your stroller, you're better off in one of the hotels in the village itself. We were so tired going up and down the steep hill. The 10 minute walk feels like 20.
M	Mina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place around two years ago. The condos were fairly clean, and furniture were pretty decent. Our condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool was nice, too. It has something like 10 minutes walk from the village which was easy to walk when needed. The only thing that surprised us was the fireplace in our condo. It was wood burning and we had to buy the wood on extra charge.

K	Kalvin Altpeter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Pullout couch bed was unwashed. When we pulled out the couch it smelt like BO and was unusable. 2. Room was so dry that we all had trouble sleeping for our entire stay. Left us with sore throats and burning nostrils whenever we were in the room. 3. (This may be standard for the area, I'm not sure) But having to lock up our snowboards in a public area was inconvenient and unnecessary. 4. There was a shuttle service to the mountain provided but the driver was pretty unpleasant. All in all wouldn't stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you can afford to increase your budget to stay literally anywhere else, you'll be way better off.
B	B Dakin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sized apartments but a little old-fashioned re decor. Well equipped but need to add a roasting/lasagne dish to the kitchen equipment. Bus service to thevillage was great, frequency was brilliant, and the two guys that drove it were very helpful and friendly. Great location, less than 10 mins walk in normal shoes but the hill is abit of a killer in ski boots!
j	jane doe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veronique is the real star of this resort! She ran out in the rain and down the front hill to rescue my very lost partner to show him where to park! I told her that she saved me an evening of grief :) The rooms are crazy suites, huge staircase up to the main area so be cautious booking if you have mobility issues. 2 of the doors in our suite were locked, seemed like a 2nd bed n bath, found that a wee bit odd, but it's an older property slightly showing it's age. Front and back balconies and a log burning fireplace make for a very luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommend that you drive to the attractions/nightlife, walking those steep hills are brutal ;)

The staff was great and the (2) bedroom suites offered more than adequate comfort for (4) golfers. The only thing they need to address is a carpenter ant problem. They were repeatedly spotted in (2) separate rooms but I’d still happily return for another stay.
