F	Felicia Aleck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we stayed here in a group booking, for a family members wedding. We where happy with our stay until there was a smoking charge put on the room because they apperantly found evidence of smoking in the room, they had found a half "smoke" that fell out of one of our pockets or cigarettes pack. We did not smoke in the room and respected their rules. But apperantly they don't care if you didn't smoke in the room they charge anyways just because they "found evidence ". Even if you try to explain to them you did not smoke in the room. They don't care about your word. So we where given over a 500$ charge. I do not suggest staying at this hotel at all.. we were also told by a few other people we know that stayed there before us as well that the staff is very rude and ignorant to first nations people. I know the staff is going to try reply to this review but I stick by what I'm saying and the manager that I talked to really didn't care how much I tried to tell her we didn't smoke in the room, finding a half smoke isn't proof that we smoked in the room.
A	Andreas Asatya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy online booking. Decent room in which you can unlock it with phone app instead of given conventional key. Complimentary mountain bike and hot tub. A great alternative to staying in Whistler as it is only 30 mins away.
S	Sharon Anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We checked in when the highways were closed. Had tried to get home via this highway. Mudslide hit closed this highway. The stay made a bad situation better. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room that we stayed in was a studio style. It was fairly large and had a kitchenette, with everything that you could want to prepare meals. Thank you, everyone, would definitely stay there again.
S	Saebjorn Satre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off, Our group was quoted $237 for a room with 2 beds. When we got there 5 minutes later they said they only had a 1 bedroom. With the pet charge the room came to a total of $350 for 1 night. The window in the room leaked so much overnight onto the floor it ruined some of our stuff. Paying $350 a night for a place with poor rooms that doesn’t even serve breakfast… Just go to whistler! We won’t be back.
K	Kaylynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a 4.5 star stay but that's not an option so I rounded up. The suite was clean and spacious. There was noise from the hallway but never above, below or beside. The hot tub seemed clean and very hot. The only minuses were a very slippery shower enclosure and bathroom floor, and a wobbly, warped pot with a loose handle that never boiled water.

You can hike and go to the lake with your kayak. Is pet friendly. The only detail to improve is to be aware of the bread, on 2 occasions they were expired with mushrooms.
B	Ben Prescott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not less us stay even after we paid. Hotel policies were not clear until AFTER we paid. Lodge claims that terms and conditions were clear on the third party website that we booked with, but this is simply not the case. If it was we wouldn’t have spent the time on making the reservation. They want to claim the terms and conditions were clear because they don’t want to admit they were wrong in this case. We would be happy to honour their specific policies if we were informed of them ahead of time, and have a screen recording of the booking process as proof to show that their full policies were not stated until after completion of payment. Hotel is now withholding refund.
D	Daniel Larson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting a week for work and fell in love with the town right away. The hotel is by far the best in town and the hospitality is great. Very clean spacious rooms and always greeted at the door with a smile. I would definitely recommend to others if passing through or staying awhile to visit the town.
