n	nathan ellard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable with wonderful beds and bedding. Restaurants and amenities are awesome at this location with a lot of other options within walking distance. This is the only hotel I sat at in Edmonton and the only one I recommended as well.

I am giving 3 stars because there was strong smell of weed in the whole floor, which would come into the room if don't keep the exhaust on all the time. It was terrible. Even when it's not smelling of weed there was always a bad odor. Might not be going to this location again.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the lobby and elevators were cleaned regularly. The room had all the amenities and was comfortable and quiet. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is at a very convenient location close to shopping locations that we like to go to. The access to Anthony Henday makes the entire city accessible within half an hour.

A quick call to the GM, everything was fixed quickly and even with a discount. The sandman was very clean, room was amazing, pool was fantastic and the staff was amazing. My kids were sometimes hard to contain as they are busy toddlers and the staff were always smiling and waving. We can’t wait to stay again, it’s one of our favourite spots to stay at in Edmonton.
M	Morgan Manuel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gentleman front desk staff member was very helpful and wonderful when we checked in. The beds were extremely comfortable with soft linens. They offered lots of amenities and dining options for us. If you were having an extended stay, the dishes, microwave, and cutlery are a great addition. The only part of the experience that was lack luster was our experience with the female staff member who was working the front desk this morning. She had no idea what their french breakfast box was (an add-on they offer through Chop when you book your room) and we had to speak to a different staff member after she tried sending us away. She was not as friendly or knowledgeable so it was lucky that another staff member was on shift to be of assistance.
C	Crystal Pickering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The set up of the room for our family of four was perfect! We booked a Family King suite with 2 single beds and it was great. The kids enjoyed having their own actual beds (vs a pull out couch) and we enjoyed that the kitchenette and bathroom are in the middle section of the room and separate the kids twin bed area from the king bed area. We enjoyed our stay and everyone slept really well.
S	Sherifat Akinwonmi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, we got the family suite which I liked but it was a little small for my family, It had one queen bed and 2 separate single beds for the kids. The kitchenette divided the the main room from the kids room which I liked. The kitchenette had a fridge, microwave, set of cutlery, wine glasses and coffee mugs. There was daily Starbucks coffee and tea at the lobby. I took points away because the room wasn’t cleaned in my 4 night stay until we were checking out . I didn’t request though, But I thought the rooms should be cleaned at least every other day. The gym was nice and quiet always, has a threadmill, bike, elliptical machines.

The room had refrigerator, microwave, hot water, numerous outlets, basically everything you need. The standout feature was the front desk staff. Always kind and helpful. Today, employee Danikka went above and beyond to help me figure out the bus and train schedule so I could visit downtown. I appreciated the individualized service. Job well done!
