This hotel loses a star due to the beds being a bit too firm for me, the semi-private sliding bathroom door (why do hotels do this?), and the water pressure in the shower is weak. Would I stay here again? I wouldn't complain if I did, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I had the misfortune of a flood in my home during the holiday season, and needed somewhere to stay. The staff here have been very friendly and accommodating, as well as super helpful in ensuring I have everything I need to correspond with my insurance etc. The hotel is also cozy and comfortable.
S	Suz Maxim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, the hotel is very nice and the staff were very friendly. I have only given 3 stars though, for the sheer bodily discomfort I experienced. The air vent in my room blew constantly and no matter what I tried to set the thermostat to, I could not get it to maintain a good temperature. Also, half of the vent points right at the bed, resulting in multiple coughing fits throughout the night, and sinuses so dried out that I was bleeding. In addition, I seem to have had some sort of contact dermatitis reaction to the sheets, and likely the facecloths/towels. My face, arms and hands are red and raw, like I was working out in the cold & wind (I wasn't), and I typically do not have issues with contact dermatitis. It feels almost like a chemical burn? Unfortunately, I didn't make the connection between the sheets and what was happening with my skin before leaving the hotel and taking some time to think about it, so I didn't have an opportunity to speak with the hotel.

When I got there I was told that there will be no vegan food and I might eat some salad. I told the guy I'll go straight to the manager. The manager was so amazing. Immediately she said she would speak to the chef. For dinner, they served the food at my table. This is called customer service. This was one of the best dishes I've ever had. Shot at the manager and the chef.

Lucy, a front desk staff, was very helpful in coordinating a room for us to use for a team party. When we stayed in said room (much) longer than expected, staff were extremely polite in encouraging us to vacate.
N	Nikki Menzies on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been staying here due to working out of town. They are charming, friendly, kind and the epitome of great guest relations. My room is big and comfortable. Lighting is a little low, so great for romance, but it's best to open up the drapes if you need bold light. I have tons of room for my devices to charge and a great desk space and comfortable office chair. (I have a bad back, I notice chairs). The toiletries offered are nice. I usually bring my own in, but I've enjoyed their hair and body products.
