S	S KD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thé front desk staff are truly lovely. The premises are clean and quiet. Location is walking distance to a number of restaurants albeit on a major intersection of major roads. My one criticism is that the room coffee is undrinkable. It is truly awful and a waste of money for the hotel to purchase because you need to throw it away. I can’t believe anyone actually makes this disaster and sells it. So also cups etc all wasted. A huge eco miss as well. Change the coffee brand asap and put don’t provide those packages of dry creamer and sugar and a napkin and a plastic straw stirrer. It will make this nice place much nicer. My two cents.
L	Leah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it this hotel a zero rating I would. It was just gross. The pool was stained with floating chunks of hair in it. The rooms were just disgusting. I chose to not take a shower for our two day stay at this hotel as I would feel more dirty taking a shower in the tub than not taking a shower at all! Yellow stains on the ceiling. Drywall chipping. Save your money lots of hotels near this place.
S	Shawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in was very slow only 1 girl working the desk at 8pm Friday night, she was nice and apologetic though. The room was okay, walls peeling, paint coming off, the bed was okay nothing to brag about. Stayed for 3 nights housekeeping didn’t come in once. The restaurant downstairs is open when they feel like it and close by 9pm. So it makes you go elsewhere for a night cap and food. Very poorly rated in my opinion I won’t be staying here again.
M	Melissa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival, things Seemed okay after entering the lobby, shortly after we were told that the pool isn’t working as the heat was broken, which would have been fine. After checking in and paying a $150 deposit which seemed wild we made our way to the outdated sketchy elevators and to our room. Upon entering the room…. There was still garbage all over and the beds were dirty and unmade from the previous guests. We went downstairs to tell the front desk and were told they had to go take a look before doing anything about it….like after travelling for 8 hours we want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. We ended up leaving and checking into a way better hotel. Save yourself the disappointment and don’t go here

Clearly not enough staff, effort and overall concern for guests and value for dollars being spent. Very disappointing experience at a hotel that has been an excellent value in the past.
A	Adam Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should have a negative rating. I’m still waiting to receive my damage deposit for the room. There wasn’t enough parking for guests, some had to park on the lawn. Running water was yellow, so bathing wasn’t an option. Noisy room, I could hear the HVAC equipment on the roof all night. Stay somewhere else. And BEST WESTERN… come on, be better.

Location of room was extremely noisy, considering I stayed for 4 nights, one would think you might want to put me in a quieter section of the hotel. Security was ridiculous. Key card to get into elevator, key to get onto floor from stairs. Makes me think it's a crime riddled area. Ongoing issues with remote control. Bathroom ceiling fan extremely noisy including other rooms which you can hear from living space. Towels were like sandpaper on the skin. $75-$85 per night. I've stayed in nicer motels. This location is "Worse Western Hotels".
