G	Glavdia Samoilov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a horrible stay, the one room, the heater over heated and couldn't keep up with the temperature. All of a sudden a loud noise came from the heater and smelled like smoke, I turned it off immediately. The front desk got me another room and that room, the heater kept getting cold as soon as it reached its temperature, got the mechanic again couldn't figure it out. And no other rooms where available due to the maintenance, so I had no choice to stay in that room. The front desk got me extra blankets and I had a horrible night couldn't sleep.
E	Elaine Forster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay at the hotel but we ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Our waitress was great but the breakfast took almost 30 min to come out. The hollandaise sauce is not real and almost was a light white gravy. It was not good at all. We waited for our bill for 20 minutes before we just had calculate it ourselves and leave cash on the table.

G	Ginny Beswick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at this location on and off since it opened about 7 years ago. It has consistently been an excellent stay. The staff are capable, friendly and the hotel is always spotless. I am a swimmer, and I'm impressed with the way they care for their pool facilities. Always pristine and the chlorine is appropriately managed, which is unusual for a hotel pool. It is conveniently located at the junction of highway 2 and Ellerslie road - if you have come to Edmonton to shop, I highly recommend this hotel. It is moments away from the South Commons, and a quick drive to hop on the Henday if you're interested in West Edmonton Mall. It's a direct shot north to downtown. There is underground parking available as well, which we certainly appreciated last week during the snowstorm. I have never been disappointed with this hotel.

Used the hotel website to book a Jacuzzi suite but upon checking in am given a suite without a Jacuzzi, only a shower. Then I’m told that the “website description for the room has not been updated” (whatever that means) and that there are no Jacuzzi suites available for my stay. No alternatives suggested. Why bother booking directly on hotel website if it’s inaccurate? White Spot restaurant is also gone and this is not listed on the website either. I’ve been a loyal customer since hotel opened, but will not return.

King bed was comfortable and I'm going to ask where the pillows came from because they were fantastic. Room offered nice views of the city skyline and sunrise though it got quite windy overnight. Bathroom was large with strong water pressure. WiFi was strong enough to work from the hotel. Pool area was clean and vacant midweek. There's a pool, hottub and exercise room. Unsure if a dry and steam sauna though did see signs for them. I was informed there is currently no restaurant on-site or room service but there are lots nearby. Nice location overall and will definitely stay here when visiting again.
A	Alan TV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is where we end up after being booked at Best Western but they are fully booked, so we are very happy about our over night stay at Four Points because of the hospitality and service of the staff. It went smooth from parking to bringing all of our things to our room. And they even offered us a free sample dinner of Butter Chicken and choice of beverages such as sodas, wines and beers. Keep up the good work guys!
B	Barbara Touw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there for a soccer tournament this past weekend and arrange for a group booking for our team as this hotel was only 5 minutes from our venue. We dealt with Aia for our group booking and she was EXCELLENT! We had not been to an out of town tournament since the beginning of the pandemic and she was awesome to deal with. Helped us with getting boardrooms so that we could have our team meetings and somewhere to eat their team meals and anything else we could need for the weekend. I had a ton of questions leading up to the weekend and she answered them all promptly and friendly. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were updated and very clean and the lobby was very open and inviting for those that just wanted to hang out and read while the team was doing their thing. Lastly, I was impressed with how quiet it was. There is another hotel right next door and the hotel is on a major road and it was surprisingly quiet at night.
