★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband Andres and I received a $750 gift card to this hotel as a wedding gift. We used the gift card to pay for one night, than we used the Credit Card for the parking $37. A couple days later we noticed our Credit Card got charged $865 from Embarc! We got charged twice for staying one night! When we called the hotel and explained the situation, the Indian girl was very condescending and rude..she refused to help us. We than called our credit card company and they are going to dispute the charge with the hotel immediately.
Beware, make sure to check your invoice in case they charge you twice, it seems they are running an organized scam. If you read other peoples reviews, they had similar situations..?
Anyways it’s a very nice hotel but not worth this amount of headache and stress..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has everything. An arcade, movie theatre, water slide, pool, hot tub, etc. Our room was also massive with a kitchen, jacuzzi and shower. I will definitely be back for the ski season, and I’ll gladly stay at Embarc again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were invited by friends. I was amazed at the spaciousness and amenities. I wasn't amazed by how some things weren't a priority, like the front desk (first impression) and games room (evening fun), but overall we didn't want to leave because it was in a perfect spot in Whistler, the pools were amazing, and the rooms, while a bit dated, were enormous and clean. It's very family-friendly, beautiful and cozy. Also, the little store in the bottom is top-notch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but older but clean. You must wash own towels and no daily room service. Charge for extra towels. No vallet park. Must take out own garbage to parking level at end of stay. Felt like I was home not on vacation. Pool slide arcade awesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toilets were dirty when we arrived and rooms are definitely dated. Otherwise, really kind staff and spacious rooms. Loved the jacuzzi and balcony. The hot tubs outside are a great spot to share drinks with friends. Also, I really appreciate how easy it was to arrange shipping for clothing that I had forgotten in my room before checking out.
