A	Ashley Sintra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store Manager, Marry, is absolutely fabulous! She has incredible customer service skills and is very knowledgeable about all of the pieces in the store. When I went in to look for a top to wear for my 30th birthday (after just having had a baby), Marry was extremely helpful. She was managing cash and the fitting rooms, while helping customers in the store find sizing, and was still able to find time to make phone calls to other Suzy Shier locations to check on whether they had the top I wanted in my size. She was very patient, and after having called many stores, was able to locate the top for me. This may not seem like a big deal to many people, but having just had a baby and not feeling comfortable in a lot of clothing, finding this top for me absolutely made my day. Thank you Marry!

No social distance markers on the floor to show where to stand for the line up. They closed off the discount side of the store due to "closing soon" at 5pm...not the best experience.

Unfortunately, I forgot to check the name of the staff who always made sure I wasn't missing anything. The cashier too explained in detail about the prestige card but never compelled in having one right away. Would definitely return to this store in future. PS the first time I went in, the store was closing in 15 mins which I wasn't aware (website mentions 9pm, I walked in at 6.45pm). There was a second announcement that the cash registers would be closing in 5 mins. Of course we need to respect the store policies. That's how I went in the second time and I was lucky enough to have the entire store at 50% off !!!! Good job ladies, will come in again

Suzy Shier's quality of clothing and the style have CHANGED for the better! I used to just ignore this store lol but I'm so glad I did check them out that day :) oh I'm a Prestige member so I get amazing discounts on top of their amazing store promotions! Keep up the good work and please don't ever change the quality of your materials like other stores did in the past.

She's very knowledgable on the topic of store merchadise and is always the first person I look for when coming here. I've bought many items, including several gifts, off of her recommendations. She also introduced the Prestige card which allows customers to get fantastic discounts on store products. Needless to say, this location is one of the best and in my opinion, Marj is a top contributor.

Two of the three shirts I bought were marked with a red sticker meaning that they are on sale, but when I made it to the cash they were full price. This was a lousy mistake on their end. The lady worker even said that clothing with a red sticker indicates that it is on sale. I went back with the worker to look at the rack of clothes where I got my shirts from and noticed that a few of the same shirt did not have the red sticker while some did. The store has multiple clothing items that are marked with the red sticker when some of them are not actually on sale. This was very disappointing. The customer service was also terrible. How are you going to blame the customer for misunderstanding that a marked piece of clothing was not in fact on sale? The workers did not apologize and instead told me “don’t be afraid to ask for the price next time.” How about you guys do your job and organize the clothes properly? It’s very misleading to have clothes marked with the sale sticker when they are not on sale. Even better, this store does not do returns, they only give you store credit. Do a better job please.
