β β β β β I had such a bad experience at this location.poor customer service, very unprofessional. It was about 2-3 weeks ago.They completely ruined my mood for holidays shopping. Instead of trying to help me out, they kept referring me back to the location where I have originally purchased my stuff from. There was a lady named Susan, she kept pointing to the policy and telling me that I have to read it. It's like I'm new with melanie lyne!( it's been long time that we shop from there). Anyways, so disappointing!

β β β β β Last weekend I went there to accompany a friend with her shopping. My friend tried 4 items and the salesperson (Shohreh S.) was so patient. She helped my friend by bringing all similar items and waited patiently for her customer to try all of them and make a decision. Her professional ethics made me to do a shopping there, too! :)

β β β β β A few days ago my wife and I went shopping. We went to The Promenade Shopping Centre. My wife needed some office wear for her new job so we went to Melanie Lyne. The first thing that capture our attention was how beautiful and organized the store was. Everything was well put together not like other retails where all the items are piled up on one another. We were greeted. Had some time to look around and the sales associate Melissa, was very attentive and she took the time to listen and see what my wife really needed. The whole experience of shopping was enjoyable.
Thank you to the ladies who work very hard at that store.
