D	Diana Med on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got rejected for an exchange due to no knowledge about other stores from reperesentatives. I couldn't exachange something that was in that same store on a hanger because apparently I have purchased my product from an outlet store. However, it says nothing about it on the receipt nor on the product. I have called the location I purchased the original product from and they have said that they are no longer an outlet store but transitioned to an actual roots store. Update your knowledge before rejecting clients especially the ones that have just became a newly loyal shopper but no longer wants to commit and shop at roots. The representatives in the store are the faces of the company. If the customer service is failing, so will the company no matter how good the product is. I know it because I work in the biggest retail company myself and I know that great client service is number 1.
T	TPV TPV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brian (Bryan??) is awesome! My parents are seniors and go to this mall all the time and always end up at Roots. They are constantly telling me how they always have "such a nice guy named Brian" helping them. I thought I must accompany them to find out myself about Brian. Well I am happy he did. He is so super sweet to them and helps them so much. Really goes out of his was to help & has so much patience, Thanks Brian for taking care of my parents when they shop at Roots! I really appreciate it!
S	Steve Krystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 21st, 2018 Roots has 30% off today. They have excellent quality leather bags and accessories. Their Canada outdoors themed brand is very popular and cute, and their clothes and other merchandise is stylish and we'll made. Nice stuff ??

I did curbside pickup on Friday and didn't check my items, Sunday I called the store and informed them of the item mixup, they told me to come by and switch it curbside no problem. They were super apologetic and quick to fix the mistake. But what I didn't expect was the handwritten card with a Tim Hortons gift card in my bag I was definitely not expecting that at all. Best customer service!
