Authentic jackets with great prices. Customer service is impeccable. They also do special orders if they don't have the style, colour, or size you're looking for - and better priced than the brand's retail stores.
Very happy I found them, I definitely will be purchasing more in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in looking to buy a jacket and was not acknowledged by anyone. I understand all businesses are short employees at this time but that is no excuse for the ignorance on 1 employees part. (Jay). After I had a word with him and told him I will not be buying a jacket here because of the fact of the customer service and his horrible attitude I was then told to never return back to the store by Jay as he in his words doesn't like being talked down too when in fact the only comment mentioned was my disappointment in the customer service and that I will not buy a jacket there
I then had a conversation with the manager (Rashid) and told him what had happened he informed me that they are getting ready for a big day and that is the reason that no one was able to assist me. I then informed him that is no excuse for horrible attitudes and customer service. Then I began to walk away. And as I was walking away again Jay had proceeded to say look at Mr big tough guy walking away. At this point I just continued to walk and as I was walking I told him he should get a new attitude to deal with customers instead of trying to provoke physical altercations with people

Had no luck finding in stock coats at other stores, Posh definitely came in clutch!! Rashid and jack were so helpful, patient, and gave honest opinions about the choices they had. Will definitely return to buy another coat in the future.
