★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry, not pictures. The staff here are nicer than in a lot of other Foot Lockers. This was the first Foot Locker I've ever been to, and the experience was nice.
On the other hand, Promenade is sort of a "dead mall" as called by Toronto YouTuber 6IX Reviews. This store doesn't actually get any good new shoes. All I see are Roshe Runs, Tubular Invaders, and some Curry's. It's not this store's fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with my experience here, i dont have a size that i was looking for so they ordered maybe in other store, then i picked it up, tried it and the strap is kinda loose, shoes looks kinda old and quite a bit dirty. Staff doesn't check on you unless you get their attention, doesn't give you other option, you just dont want to argue with them and i just took the shoe, but leaves me a bad experience and you just dont want to come back. Im not really happy with the shoe that i got and paid a lot of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved an online item the other day that came with the tag medal detector thing and a another tag for the price being cheaper so I brought it in to this location to take off and possibly redeem discount. Not only when I asked if I can receive this discount but he implied I should pay the in store full cost if there comes up no discount from even the online price which was a 10$ difference, he didn't charge me extra. But how rude just wanted to see if the tag that was clearly showing on the item off can be used!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say this was the worst Footlocker I have ever been too. The staff specifically Micah and the assistant manager Bryan were both the rudest and most unprofessional employees I’ve dealt with in a long time. They either need to brush up on their customer service or go work at a job where they don’t interact with customers. Bryan flat out lied twice and wouldn’t share his managers number for me to file a complaint. Footlocker, please provide more training on manners and customer service to Bryan and Micah. If I could have given 0 stars, I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one ever answers the phone, I've been calling for days now and it just keeps ringing. I've called other footlockers (Yorkdale mall, Fairview Mall and Dufferin Mall) and they picked up and provided great service. What's the point of having a phone number when no one will pick up. This location sucks.
