★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales lady was rude. I was really surprised as many years ago I worked as one. I was looking at a coat thinking if I like the color or not . The woman came to me saying with rude manners there is no charge for trying it?! It makes me not to want to try anything there. Just a heads up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful dresses for good deals. Good for someone with expensive taste but on a budget. They also sell jewellery and purses. They have Laura Petite and Laura Plus next door for petites and plus sizes. So outfits for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good for a quick shopping visit because you can always find something you like right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was great, I was able to put something on hold until I could bring someone for a second opinion. Their clothes are sized for average women not just models. And after shopping in the mall going into stores where no one helped me it was nice to have friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest racial profiling and out right rude manager who would ask black people never to go to their store and flat out refuse to accept my return because she doesn’t accept return from people like me....simply because I am black. She followed me to the jewelry dept and made feel very uncomfortable and finally when I was about to buy the clothes I wanted to buy asked me o leave her store. I wanted to do a return and buy some clothes but she simply said she doesn’t accept return from people like me. When I said then I won’t buy the clothes I had selected she said she didn’t care and that I should never ever go to her store...yes her store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in Laura Petite store in Promenade mall morning and approached a sales lady near the entrance to politely ask if they sell shoes as I was not sure if they do. She replied to me "No" nicely. As soon as I turned my back a middle-aged lady around late 40s to 50s coming from the cashier counter, exclaimed, "Do we look like we sell shoes here?!" as if intending for me to hear it. I gave her an offended look. Hey, I didn't think my simple question inconvenienced the entire crew when there was even no other customers there! I thought that was rude of that staff and should not be tolerated especially in the retail service business. I took offense in that behaviour.
