★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt getting ripped off. went into the store with my parents to buy my mom a pair of ankle boots. the store wasn't busy. i was greeted and told that buy one pair and second pair is $30. most of their shoes are on sale. we picked two, one for my mom and one for myself. both boots was on sale. when i checked the receipt, the first pair get charged full price and then second pair is $30. they said the promo only applies when the first pair is paid at original price. so overall, not a big sale. i wish they would told me the hidden "terms & conditions" . if i knew it, i wouldn't have bought it. the sole on the pair i bought is already cracking on the first day of wearing.
