After about 3 weeks, I noticed the soles of both pairs were beginning to separate from the upper part of the shoes. I exchanged those shoes for a third pair, yet a week later that pair had the same problem. Each time Rahela claimed this had never happened before, yet it did to me 3 times! They have refused to refund nor will thy now exchange the shoes again.

A	Antonio Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks b4 Christmas, I was proud of my new beautiful shoes from Bianca at Centrepoint Mall. 8 days after, the sole suddenly separated from the upper part of the shoe (I almost feel down when it happened). I tried to have it replaced but the store owner (he seems to be the owner) wanted me to pay extra $12 for tax. I argued that I’m an accountant and there should be no tax implication in an exchange. It was then he agreed to an exchange with no extra charge. The new pair (different model) also looked good but just recently (a month after the exchange), I feel there is water inside my shoe. The shoe is not waterproof as he claimed it to be. I don’t want to return there just to argue about it. In fairness, Bianca shoes looked good but in my experience they don’t last. I see in this site, another customer had the same problem. In submitting a review, you should wait at least six month usage or at least when problem starts to show so that review is fairly presented. I wonder about the status of those who submitted a positive review. How long did their shoes from Bianca last? I guess its a matter of luck if your shoes will last the entire season.

He has a very good costumer service, you can really tell that he knows everything. Shoes are mainly handmade in Turkey. It’s just a matter of how you take care of your shoes. Most of the low rate comments says it doesn’t last long. I disagree! It depends on how you use it and how you take care of it. Overall it’s a very nice store. They’re kinda pricey but I was able to buy a 50% off. It’s original and high quality. It’s better to use handmades than factory made.
