β β β β β For the last three years, my mom went to Centerpoint Medical Center for three different physiotherapy treatments. Each time she was very happy with their services. The physiotherapist and the staff made her very comfortable and confident as well. Special thanks to Mr. Kavit Shah who gave her some advice and suggestion to help heal her injured foot.

β β β β β This is a great clinic, with very welcoming and knowledgable staff. Dr. Charles and the physiotherapists (Devon, George, Sayali) are very kind, thorough, and prioritize the patient's wellbeing. The PT assistants work very hard to support the patients and their rehab. Overall, highly recommend!

β β β β β I want to take this opportunity to share the wonderful experiences that I have had with this clinic. The staff go over and beyond being helpful. They are always polite, friendly and never to busy to be there for you. They are
knowledgeable, professional and very gentle when working with you. I have a problem with my shoulder and whenever it acts up I contact the clinic and they are right there to help me, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else . From the front counter to the Physiotherapist and their assistant you are their number one priority. I would recommend this clinic to everyone .

I would like to express my utmost gratitude towards Dr. Khaledi.
I had my back issue for the past 5 years and in one session he found out what's wrong and fixed it. His approach, manners, knowledge, care and dedication is exemplatory.
I have seen many practitionnaires over the years because I am an athlete and he is one of the best.
Your front desk is also very friendly, caring and quick.
Only thing would be nice is to send the address and instruction on how to get into clinic via email to patients before their appointment since you are located in a big mall that has multiple entrances.

β β β β β Today was my second scheduled appointment so will hold a total 5* until my pain management program is complete. My first contact to make an appointment, was easily accomplished and accommodated. Arriving for my first visit, the receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The physiotherapist that conducted my assessment, listened and made me feel comfortable discussing my ailments. The entire team who administer the applications and demonstrate the exercises are kind, considerate and professional. I choose this clinic as it's covered by OHIP, which is of great importance to the senior population, plus its conveniently located in my neighbourhood; they are punctual and provide good services.
