C	Chilly Bear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service The last time I shopped here was over 4 years ago, now I remember why I stopped shopping here. I recently needed a pair of shoes for an engagement shoot I was doing, I found a pair I liked and since it was near closing I just picked it up and bought it. I ended up never wearing the shoes and went back about 9 days later to return them as they were brand new. Sales associate told me that they would not return the shoes, as it was past their return period. Apparently on the receipt at the TOP it says that I can return merchandise within 15 days, but in the middle of a huge paragraph there is a one liner saying for SALE merchandise its ONLY 7 days. I took a look at the receipt and noticed that there was a 5% discount on a pair of shoes that was priced at $60, therefore I got a whopping $5 discount. And since its a "discount" how ever small and insignificant, its still a SALE item and therefore I was OUTSIDE my return period of 7 days. No one ever told me this, and while I understand that the onus also falls on me to read the receipt I do NOT appreciate the inflexibilty that the sales associate showed me. These were BRAND NEW NEVER WORN SHOES that ONLY had a few dollar discount that I didnt even realize were discounted at all since it was such a small discount - and I was outside my return period of 2 days. They are within their right to not accommodate me, go the extra mile to earn my loyalty and buisness - and therefore I am also in my right to leave this negative review. If you want to be ripped off, and tricked into who knows what other ludicrous policies and want to lose money - I recommend you shop here. If you want to be treated like an appreciated customer, that they want to earn your business and make you happy - then do not shop here.
L	LEX LAW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This week, Browns had a promotion - buy 1 and get 25% off the second pair (lowest price of the 2). I purchased 2 shoes which they had to order in for which I PAID IN FULL upfront! A couple of days later, I received a call that the second pair ordered was in, but the first pair was unavailable, and that they would refund the first pair. So I went into the store, and lo and behold they only wanted to refund portion of the first pair and told me that for the second pair, I would have to pay full price without the 25% discount. I couldn't believe this petty customer policy, because THEY were totally at fault in not delivering the first pair. When I asked what kind of customer service/goodwill this was, all I was given was a shrug of the shoulders and the usual BS "Store Policy" argument. SHAME ON YOU BROWNS for your pettiness and bad customer relations !!!!

R	R Tso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good shoe store. Carries a lot of high end brands. Expect to pay a lot. I purchased a pair of girls' Kenneth Cole dress shoes for $125. Very pricey for children's shoes which might explain why they no longer carry children's shoes.

Nazafarin & Hanieh were very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what I was looking for. They both paid full attention to my needs & helped tirelessly from beginning till the end. Hanieh went an extra mile to help me with an exceptional delivery of the product. I really appreciate her efforts ! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the place??
