β β β β β Excellence RMT service. The massage therapists are genuinely concerned and try to help with your specific pain issues. Wether for therapy or relaxation I have tried the acupuncture, foot massage and full body relaxation and come back often.

β β β β β Had 3 visits. First two visits were good. Now they say the management changed. I had a new masseuse, she barely did good for me. My lower body an snack was stiff as I am an athlete. She barely massaged the rough spots properly and was just rushing through the whole time. I still didn't feel lossened up even after the massage. And she left me covered in oil saying that time is up. Usually they do a hot towel and clean up. She didn't do it this time saying time is up. Not going back there. Period.

β β β β β I will NEVER go back there. Since the change in management, they went down the hill. The man at the front desk could hardly speak English. Took forever to find my name. He gave me a pen and paper and said βtelephone..telephoneβ. I went for accupuncture and massage for an hour. After half an hour of massage, the lady came in and put all the needles and leftβ¦after a long time, she came back to put this bright laser light on my back and left. After another a hour, I was sweating, I could not move because of the needles and I have to scream for help to get somebody to come in.. I can feel my BP going up. They FORGOT about me. After almost 2 hours lying on my back with these needles that prevented me to move. They are very unprofessional.

β β β β β Worst RMT experience ever. I used to come in relax rehab because there were a couple of good therapists before. I visited here in the first time after pandemic and my hour and $113 were totally wasted and my body even felt sick after getting massage from. My therapist seemed apparently under experienced and had no idea what he was doing. He kept saying that he "try to fix" my lung and gallbladder problems which i don't have. (He insisted that i had). My body was in so much pain and tensed up for the entire session rather "relaxed and rehabbed". Never going back.

β β β β β New management, the owner, Judy βfixedβ my hurting feet during the half an hour foot massage today, even though is not 100% heal yet, but I definitely will go back and hopefully I am back to normal in few weeks.
I have been a loyal customer with this place for years, due to they are next to T & T, so it can never be a quiet place, and I expected before I go, but I do agree with some reviews, if they can put on some relax music, it should be more helpful

β β β β β Judy is a miracle acupuncturist! Great thanks to her! My left knee was hurt when I was skiing last week. It hurt a lot that I could hardly move. Judy gave me three acupuncture treatments, and NOW I'm completely recovered. Thank you so much! Judy is so experienced and kind, and I made a full recovery out of my expectation! I'm so happy to ski again!
