★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for this mutt for sometime till he started getting high on pills ripping off all these customers for their deposits running around the city fathering children with women while he’s married eventually I couldn’t take it anymore and showed up at his place with a baseball bat this guy thinks he can run around the city doing whatever he wants ripping off whoever he wants do not use this place trust me you will regret it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY!!! Derek's (owner) crew replaced a large panel of glass in our home. It cracked within weeks of the install. Derek strung us along for 6 months stating he would fix the problem....He is not short on excuses. Eventually he would not respond to emails, voice messages, calls and texts. We are out $1000 and he has our money.
Derek just declined to fix the broken glass and stated we would have to take him to court.
Our experience is echoed over and over on yelp and google reviews. Don't waste your time , energy or money using this business.

He can’t measure showers to save His life he had some good employees but his lack of respect and bouncing checks have made them all run away who has been in business for 30 years and his long-term employee is about six months that pretty much says it all stay away please don’t let this play steal your money they will take your deposit and if they do come back it will be months later with the cheapest stuff you ever seen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very disappointed that this company has fallen off so markedly of late. We had dealt with them in the past to repair a skylight and they had provided prompt and excellent service. So when the problem reoccured we turned to them again. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very different. They never returned a single one of numerous email and phone messages. When we did make contact we were promised that they would get back to us. We waited for weeks and they never did. Even promises to "get back to you tomorrow" were never followed up on. This dilatory behaviour on their part was not only discourteous but also caused us considerable difficulties. If they could not do the work for whatever reason, all they had to do was tell us so. As it is, we have regretfully concluded that we shall not be dealing with them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a mirror, custom cut to a specific size. Called on a Monday and they had it ready Tuesday morning. They set me up with the glue and tape to install and it fits perfectly and was no problem for a totally reasonable price. I'm only writing this because I searched online for mirrors at all the big stores, was starting to think compromise, or purchase what was likely too much mirror with questionable quality when I looked for a local custom place. I should have started with these guys. They know what they are talking about and there was zero hassle. Went to pick it up, got some more advice, and now it's installed and looks great. Need to remind myself to start local first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t believe the bad reviews, Derek is awesome and one hell of a guy. People share their negative experiences but not everyone shares their good experiences. Which if people did I would guarantee that this place would have a 5 star rating.
I needed help cutting something that was said to be impossible by 3 other glass shops and if they were able to do it they would charge me $200 for a small 5 by 4 cut out, not to mention a week delay to get it shipped to some other shop with the possibility of breaking.
I went down and within an hour he had it all done up for me for a 8th of the price I was quoted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing the mixed reviews on google, I was hesitant and skeptical to use Superglass.
I'm glad I went for it though because my experience was great. Out of the many companies that I contacted, Derek and his team were the most responsive and also had the best price. What they quoted me was what I paid. There were no surprises.
Some of the other companies I contacted were unable to find the glass that I needed, but somehow Derek and his team were able to find it.
In my experience, Derek and his team were also very pleasant to talk to and to deal with.
I paid the deposit on Thursday afternoon and they got the job done by Wednesday morning.
I think you should give them a call before writing them off based on some of the reviews.
My landlord and I are happy with the work they did, I'd recommend them to friends.
