β β β β β Called in Thursday 24th. Nice shop with a good selection. Unfortunately I felt rushed and was just being pushed for a quick sale by the person working when it was a pretty big decision for me (was trying to say I wanted to use the bottles and not the cheap caps).

β β β β β Sai is such a great person! I've been a loyal customer of this shop for three years even though I've moved to a different neighborhood. There's just something about this store that makes is the best vape store in town.
The workers are super friendly and very helpful and will make sure you are satisfied before walking out the doors.

β β β β β This smoke shop has fantastic &genuinely friendly knowledgeable management & staff plus wide array of products available to its customers.
Everytime I pop in, I swat they have a greater selection than last time i needed to pop in.
Also worth noting due to topshelf customer service at this store, I travel 7km via transit to grab what I need & worth it everytime. Even though countless other smoke shops in my East Vancouver hood.

β β β β β Terrible experience. Sent my friend in to buy a grinder (the cheapest one) they came back with a $20 one. I called the store literally 5 MINUTES after the purchase to explain that I couldnβt afford a $20 grinder and would like to exchange for a much cheaper one ($4) and asked for the difference back because I literally cannot afford $20 right now. They refused to give me my money back even though I purchased it 5 MINUTES ago because it βmesses up their systemβ. If you donβt have βsystemβ that allows you to refund customers who purchased something then donβt have a business. Show some compassion. You know you could have refunded me no problem. I was happy to buy another grinder from you, I just could not afford a $20 one right now.
