★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent....was able to get an appointment right away. Fixed my chip in about half an hour & they organized payment with my insurance. There remains only a tiny blemish from what was once a chip and crack about the diameter of a quarter. Would totally return!

NOVUS got us booked in for the next morning and had the car fixed up in 2 hours! (Bonus that Platform 7 across the street was a great place to get a coffee while we waited). Keziah and Mark were wonderful! Thank you!

Mark and Keziah are super friendly, communicative, and I really felt cared for. Would highly recommend NOVUS to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used NOVUS Glass previously for auto windshield glass repair and today returned to see if poor windshield seal was causing condensation in the vehicle this winter. Have been very happy with service results and very pleasant staff, as well as efficient booking with minimal waits, and today's appointment turned out to be tree debris causing a leaky sunroof. Accurate diagnostic, no repair required and no fee for the consult and clean up! Once again, very happy to get great help from NOVUS Glass !

All decals replaced on to new shield in clear view but not obstructing. Very happy with the service in my neighbourhood. Highly recommend if you have any automotive glass needs!
