★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one small job to be done,fix the shower door that had slipped.They arrived in the middle of a snowstorm, while here I asked if they could install brackets to reinforce the shower enclosure which had been installed with only silicone. [I had been told by 2 other glass companies it could not be done. ] Derrick said he would try and find the right brackets and let me know. He phoned a couple of days later and said he would come on a Saturday at noon, he arrived right on time and the two guys removed the glass and all of the silicone and reinstalled with brackets, they did a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read the glowing reviews for Sapphire Glass and i am not sure what happened to Derreck. He started out great. Responded quickly, quote was reasonable. We gave him deposit and waited and waited and waited. We called, we texted, we emailed and got little to no info back. Three months later we gave up and asked for our deposit back. He did return our money but he could have saved the sale by communicating to us what went wrong with our shower glass order instead of ghosting us.

My windows and showers etc were all installed quickly, and done right.
Customer service at Sapphire glass is just as important as quality and affordability, and it really shows !!! I highly recommend Shapphire Glass to others and I will use them again in the future!
