★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As owner of A Laptop Shoppe I was recommended to Omar Nacir Soufi as someone who might suggest a lender for a mortgage to buy my bay .He suggested AFSC , a provincial government lender ,i followed the lead and secured a loan ,lo and behold I than find out that lead cost me $2500 , ouch. Expensive lead ,if I knew it would cost me this much I would have searched the Internet for a few minutes and figured this out on my own this public provincial government agency advertises publicly and doesn't require assistance from real estate agents . While I was down and out purchasing real estate these unreasonable fees in an unregulated industry I felt taken advantage of and left broke .
