I do take care of my skin (daily facial scrub) so the microdermabrasion doesn't bother my skin. Highly recommend to my family and friends.

The senior among them does not even know how to clean the make-up before the treatment, nor to soften the skin before. She attacks the skin with a painful instrument that does not clean anything, only wounds the skin. I had to take care of myself with antibiotics, a lot of Aloe Vera, and Super Restorative by Clarins, to get myself back to a reasonable state. All the black heads stayed the same, and I had scars from the treatment. I'm 55 years old and have had many treatments in my life, but not so bad. I do not like to write a harsh review on the Internet, because every business has bad days, but here it's health, and I think it's necessary to warn.

I got the ultrasonic facial and my mom got a rejuvenating facial. We were able to get an appointment right away and are both very satisfied with their service. The facial was long and relaxing. I didn't like that they tried to push more products and services on us, but that's expected, they are a business after all. Also, my room had a giant AC duct in it which was noisy and took away from the atmosphere. Bottom line, for that value, I would definitely go again.

m	megan lavallee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a deep pore cleaning and was told that it would just be extractions and nothing else so she up sold me to a collagen facial... no extractions were done, all of the blackheads that I went in with still remain and I ended up being charged way more money for a service I did not want. I will not come back to this place. Of the three times I have been she (fanny) is always trying to up sell me.
Y	Yitian He on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a collagen facial. The owner is chatty and nice. The facial felt good on the spot, but I got an infection from the extraction right on my nose. It took 2 weeks to get better and look normal-ish but for sure it’ll leave a mark. Please clean the tools better!

My skin look better after every visit, Fanny offer advice on diet and daily skin care that are customized to my lifestyle. Every visit is wonderful personalized experience. They were really kind & it felt like put a lot of care into their service. Every time has been fabulous at great price! Although she showed me products and services at the end, it was not at all pushy. If I had the $ I would definitely purchased another facial. I feel confident with my face now!
