I recently moved to a new place that needed a comfy yet sophisticated couch to ground the space. Sundays had my dream couches! The staff are also so kind, Victoria was especially helpful in narrowing down my options.

I knew something was off just a couple of minutes in. Either my clothes weren't expensive/trendy enough or I just had the wrong skin color and lo and behold, I find another review from a PoC on here with a similar experience. The management obviously doesn't take inclusivity seriously despite their claims blaming it on the store being "busy" My experience: There was only 1 couple in the store when I walked in. No acknowledgement from the salespersons. I sit on a couch for a bit, no one comes over. I walk over to one of them and ask about some specifications for the couch. They hand me a pamphlet. The other couple leaves (it's just me in the store now). Still no service, the first salesperson had a "couldn't be bothered" facial expression the whole time and the second one was chilling on their laptop. Obviously I was sized up and considered a waste of time for both of them the moment I entered. I hope no one else goes through such a belittling experience.

The Sundays staff are absolutely incredible! They are so welcoming, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. It's clear that they truly value their customers and care about our feedback. They are always happy to answer our questions and ensure that we have a pleasant time. Plus, the store is beautiful.

Love the Sectionals and the space. However, the service was terrible by one of the associates. Both young adults sitting at a table quite disinterested in our presence. One of them eventually became engaged but the other girl was dismissive and rude. I asked her if I could move a piece to get a feel for the sectional and she said no due to safety protocols. I asked because of COVID and she said no because she hurt her back moving something for a customer. I guess that’s why she never got up out of her chair to talk to me or show me around. Entitled attitudes are very off putting. I did buy a sofa for $5,000 so hope the service is much better on delivery.

Furniture products are not good quality. Had two sideboards shipped to me and both were defective. while the shipping company, AMJ, was great to deal with and Sundays customer service was responsive, it doesn't make up for the bad quality of their products. Would not purchase from them again and would not recommend to anyone.

Love the friendly service that we received at Sundays showroom! We purchased the cloud bed, and can't say enough great things about it...the quality is awesome and it gives a cozy yet elevated feel to our bedroom.

Visited the Toronto store - the staff were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! The product arrived on time and was assembled by the delivery people for no extra cost. Looks great in person! Very happy with the quality, service and product.

I had decided to purchase a couch from Sundays because they are a Canadian company. I was looking to furnishing my condo (my first home purchase!) and decided on trying a newer company. The process was long and unfortunate. After many back and forths with the company I now have this couch configuration: 1 left chaise and 1 right sided sectional. We have been using the couch like this for over 2 months (including the holidays and had friends/family over). I caution anyone looking for furniture, I regret not using the same companies I had trusted in the past. Disappointed with the outcome. Couch delivered: September 2021 March 2022 - still no resolutions (updated pics added) Update: I have had to stop engaging with this company after the non-stop calls and threat to remove my online review. After 6 months (tried to resolve it privately for 3 months) - I have decided they are not worth my time or energy. Buying furniture should be a drama free process - never did I think this was going to drag out for half a year with endless calls and emails from them without an actual plan to resolve anything. It is disappointing that a furniture company could spend that much effort to create drama and it shows where their priority and values align, NOT worth dealing with this company. There are many reputable furniture companies to choose from and knowing how Sundays chooses to treat their customers over accepting any accountability for their series of errors and poor customer service. Lesson learned - I will never use this company again. Furniture shopping should be easy and fun - This experience was the total opposite. This couch will have to be thrown out since it is not functional for a home. I will continue to warn others about my experience in hopes to save another customer from having to deal with such nonsense. To Sundays: The issue would have had a simple solution that does not require over 6 months to figure out. No need to continue contact.
