S	Sam K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine being in customer service and acting this way. After reading other reviews it’s clear Shane is a joke. I’d be very weary of buying anything from here. Emailed yesterday to get a CarFax for a particular unit he has in stock to verify the car has been maintained. Shane kept pushing me to come in and see it in person (typical sales tactic to make you fall in love and buy the vehicle). Ended up telling me the car was no good and that I shouldn’t buy it. To top it off he blocked me after his little outrage. As someone else said, his vehicles are typically selling higher than average and for substandard service. Beware! If you do have any issue don’t forget that OMVIC is there to help and make sure crooks don’t rip you off.

I was struggling to find a good vehicle for two weeks and finely with Summit Auto Broker a did it. Salesman Shane Bhaghaee was very friendly and great person. With him I feel very comfortable for any questions . He did his part very well . Thank you allot Shane for your support and truest experience. I will hardly recommend Summit Auto Broker in Richmond Hill for anyone who gonna searching for vehicle. Cheers guys!!!

Shane does not seem to have any problems misrepresenting his vehicles both over the phone and to your face. He described the vehicle I was interested in as "1 owner, mint condition and ready to go". I drove a significant distance to the dealer to see the car. The vehicle was not on the lot when I arrived - they were trying to clear/reset the airbag light that I had never heard of before - and they were not successful. While I waited, Shane showed me the Carfax report, which I had asked for but he would not send unless I came to the lot - shame on me for making that mistake. The report showed the car had 4 previous owners. The vehicle was nowhere close to mint condition - in fact it was in poorer condition than average (I've looked at several). The airbag light was still on, and the car had a steering/alignment problem that was immediately obvious from a short test drive. And the car smelled strongly of smoke - which he conveniently forgot as well. Shane completely misrepresented both the history and the condition of this vehicle - and as a bonus - his price is about $3500 higher (30%) than others available that are in better condition.

Shane listened to my requirements, showed me a couple of suitable vehicles and let me make my mind up. No high pressure sales tactics, just useful information on the vehicles and allowing me to think. Then he went above and beyond to secure excellent financing, and prepared the vehicle for me, to my needs and in a very short space of time. I recommend him to anyone buying a used vehicle. Literally, Shane has saved me about $10,000 over the term of the financing based on what another dealer offered me as "the best rate they could do".

The process was hassle free, and I have no complaints! He’s very considerate of his clients, and has no problem going out of his way to make the process easier for you. He also provided us with a brand new battery because we experienced some issues with ours after purchasing the vehicle. Highly recommend going here to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle and a great experience overall!
