Ordered a bedframe in April 2021 when the back in stock date was set to June 2021 but changed 11 times and is now estimated to January 2022... very disappointing. Customer service gives you the same BS statement that because of COVID everything is delayed.... 9 months delay seems intense even for COVID when other furniture shop manage their merchandise and customer service much better. My suggestion don't bother with structube pay the extra $$ elsewhere to actually get your product...

We wanted to try out an office chair but it was displayed high up on a top shelf, and were told there should also be the same model on the floor. The employee helped us looked for it for a bit, but we couldn't find it and so she went to help other people. We left without trying the chair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to visit the Structube store for table I saw online. I saw many reviews of customers complaining when they ordered a furniture item online that kept having the delivery date pushed back for many months due to item not being in stock because of covid.....I decided to avoid this problem and visit the store. There were two items I was looking for and neither of them were on the display. A bit disappointed. Also, it was not easy for me to track down a customer service representative in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are good but the customer service is lousy. I ordered two sofa and they could not deliver them for over six months. They did not even bother to call and apologize. It was supported to be delivered within 60 days. Not happy at all
