★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this location! It's in a grand open space where you can see accross the room and easily find different genres. The interior decor is a wow factor, and their shelves, books and sections are so tidy and neat, I felt like shopping all morning! The selection and wide and their promotional displays will inspire your next read.
The staff are also super warm, down to earth and courteous. Can't wait to return with my teen kid. They'll love the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know of any other chain or type of establishment with better customer service. The staff at Chapters / Indigo locations are all simply amazing and always willing to help. They go above and beyond.
I've also never seen an Indigo location and thought "yikes this should be cleaned". Also it looks great after the renovations.
