★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend was told to not eat for a whole day, then they tried to draw his/her blood and failed 6 times...after taking a sample, they ended up telling him/her, it was too difficult to draw his/her blood and he can just go home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't give all the description when you apply for a study. Telling you not to eat all day and when you arrive they make you wait forever just to tell you do not fit the description for any study. It's a waste of my time. They don't care about how you feel and they call you by numbers on the study like they don't have your name on the paper.

But here goes. Algorithme is great to work with. Knowledgeable, professional, experienced and friendly people. I would definitely recommend them for Phase 1 studies. I know they do more, but I have only worked with them on Phase 1, so I kept my comments within my scope of experience.
