Je vais encore essayer d'appeler et si je suis pas capable de les rejoindre,il va falloir que je me présente sur place. Avec le prix du gaz,ça coûte cher pour demander une question. It's very complicated to reach them. All the lines are busy. I have been trying to call since 8:30am and it is now 10:30am. My call is very important. I'll try to call again and if I'm not able to reach them, I'll have to show up there. With the price of gas, it's expensive to ask a question.

Le sit e internet est lourd et difficile de s'y retrouvé. J'essaye de prendre RDV en ligne...il n'y a AUCUNE DISPONIBILTÉ pour les dates affichées. J'appel au numéro de téléphone, pour me perdre dans des options de choix qui ne sont pas mon questionnement. Pour qu'apres 5 minutes 30 de promenage le système me remercie et raccorche sans m'avoir référer à un préposé, sans même prendre de message... Je me rend en personne, on me dit qu'il faut un RDV...!!!!?%?Non mais c'est incroyable que tout ces gens soit capable de travaillier dans un tel système innéficace. UN révision complete du TAL est à FAIRE pour offrir le services qu'elle on à donner. Je demeure encore ce matin dans le néant. Un proprio exaspéré It is very difficult not to lose patience with a system that does not meet our needs and questions through their regulations. The website is heavy and difficult to navigate. I'm trying to make an appointment online...there is NO AVAILABILITY for the dates displayed. I call the phone number, to lose myself in options of choice that are not my questioning. So that after 5 minutes 30 of walking the system thanks me and hangs up without referring me to an agent, without even taking a message... I go in person, they tell me that I need an appointment...!!!!?%? No, but it's incredible that all these people are able to work in such an ineffective system. A complete revision of the TAL is to be MADE to offer the services it is to be given. I still remain this morning in nothingness. An exasperated owner

It all depends on how much rent the tenant pays. $600 or more you’ll pay $76 If it’s under that you’ll pay a little less. Veronique,the girl who served me was empathetic and kind.She helped me a lot and she was very understanding.She’s french but spoke in clear English and she didn’t give me attitude either. I was also told that it may take up to 15 months to set a court date!UNBELIEVABLE!! By the time I get a date for a hearing,my tenant will have destroyed the apartment.

Was not busy, was helped just before lunch time (11:51am to 12:05pm), the security personal warned me, I might have to wait till 1pm if not servered by 11:45am (as all employees go for lunch break 12pm-1pm). Bilingual service, free parking (better than last office on St-Martins where had to pay for parking).

The person I spoke with didn't care, didn't ask what had happened and what the circumstances were, what steps I had taken so far and if anything had been done to rectify the situation. I walked out of there trying to figure out what the purpose was of this provincial department.
