 Very nice experience with the technician Meri. I was a little skeptical at the beginning, especially as my skin is naturally swarthy. But I'm just at my 4th session and my hair has decreased by 60%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever ! Unfortunately I can't write my review if I don't give a star... I went there to have laser hair removal, it was my second time there, the first time I had slight little burns and I told the owner/the person who does the laser and she told me that it will go away and that it's fine if I continue my sessions, she told me to stay out of the sun and just apply aloe verra on it. I shouldn't have listened to her, because at my second session with her I got burned really bad, I have burns marks EVERYWHERE and after a few days I even had burn bubbles (at that moment I realized how serious it was). I had to go see a pharmacist and he told me to buy a certain cream and to go see a doctor. The only thing I asked her for was a refund for my terrible experience and she refused it. She didn't apologized at the beginning , she said sorry after some arguing and it wasn't even sincere. The only thing she kept repeating it's that it's written on the paper I signed before my first session that one of the side effects is burns. I asked her to send me photos of that paper and she ignored me and stopped answering, that's just unprofessional and rude. I can't wear dresses or shorts without people asking me what happened. Im burnt everywhere and she doesn't even want to reimburse me that's crazy !! ..
If someone's has had a bad experience with her or knows someone who has been through the same thing, please message me I'm going to do a big complaint because it is simply unacceptable.
..Keep in mind that these photos are after a few days and that im not showing all of my burn marks.
