★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 2012, I've bought 4 motorcycles and have always gone back to do the major servicing. Today was no exception as there was a problem with a sensor still under warranty. The servicing staff led by Sebastien and Leonie are absolutely the best. They are patient, polite, professional and treat everyone with courtesy and respect and honesty. There was a bit of confusion with the warranty date but Sebastien cleared it and the job was done, no problems. I cannot say enough good things about them. A+ all across the board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're very well served here. I did four motorcycle shops in one weekend and Laval Moto was the only one who had floor staff going to each client for help. They helped multiple clients at the same time and we're very attentive. They gave lots of information, great suggestions and always offered a solution regardless of the situation. If they don't have the color, the size or the model, they offer to order it or give you alternatives. Customer service is what makes in store shopping worth it. Any place with technical equipment and gear needs to be tried on and fitted properly. I know that when I'll need more gear, I'll be going there first.

Sally & Alexi we very patience and gave great advice and didn't make us feel stupid for asking all our newbie questions. It is not everyday one gets such super service, so just wanted to say thank-you again.

Richard and Jeff took real good care of me from the very beginning to the end & still make themselves reachable and available after my purchase! They were really patient with me and gave me a lot of jewels, advices and wisdom! Their approach was super kind, really informative, easy going, with no pressure! I recommend for everyone that is shopping for a bike to reach them! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again for everything! I usually hate doing reviews but I had to take the initiative to show the world how good they are because they really deserve it!
