He was exceptional and explaining and simplifying the process of getting the bike purchased and registered outside Quebec. The bike was in preped and in mint condition when I got there. Even help me load it up in the trailer. Great experience thank you. Nawed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience buying my first Ducati here at Ducati Montreal. Unfortunately the communication and service after the purchase was so negative it honestly left me wanting to never buy another vehicle from them again. I brought my bike in to have the pedal pin replaced aswell as the clutch linkage. After looking at the bike they determined that a lot more than just that was needed in terms of service. I Gave Benoit the go ahead to complete all he deemed necessary. After 4 weeks of being told my parts had not all arrived I went into the shop to get a better idea of what was going on, only to find out they had 2 nuts for me, and only 1 other part on order that was back ordered. So after 4 weeks of asking for updates and being told my parts were on their way, I had to find out that in reality nothing was coming. Who knows how long I would have waited had I not gone in. Now with 1 full (beautiful) riding month gone, insurance paid, registration paid, I am left here back at square 1 with no effort from the Dealership to make things right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt with John, Maeve and Yann at Ducati Montreal. Could be one of the best experiences I had dealing with salesman and finance staff alike, both very VERY accommodating and understanding. I am an out of province buyer (Ontario) and they helped me with everything from pictures to in depth 7 minutes HD videos. I can’t say enough good things about the team there. The next bike I buy they will be getting my first call! Great team there I will be recommending them to anyone I know here that’s interested!!! Thanks everyone!!
