Just bought my first motorcycle here and I was pleased with the service, especially from Isabelle and Marie-Caude at finances. They took the time to break down the options and payment plans to satisfy my needs and budget. I was lucky to find a 2019 demo model of the bike I wanted for 1200$ less expensive than my local shop and way under MSRP. They are far from Vaudreuil but worth the drive when you shop for prices. That money was put towards a 1000$ in store credit for my gear so it's a win-win for me. I was a bit sad that the sales person didn't spend more time with me, he seemed really cool. The agreement was done over the phone and I really wanted to save that demo price so he made sure to save it ASAP. Plus I went to sign the papers late in the evening so it didn't give us much time to chat. Hopefully we will connect more when I go to pick it up. Looking forward to ride my new Z650 this spring! Where should I start. I bought a bike from them in November, they damaged the saddlebags and offered a rebate on their elite program. I was told I do not need a safety to register in Ontario, after I insisted they said they'll handle it if Am not able to register it. I was not able to, called them back, told me that it's my fault and I should know better what are the laws in my province. Since I had already my bike in storage, I had to wait until spring, tow it to a garage and do the safety at my expense. They took off the key cylinders off the saddle bag (they were supposed to be included), did not bother calling them for that and ordered them with another dealership. Went after my first 1000km to benefit from the elite programs first service. The service was denied, I was told the $1400 program when sold to me includes part and labor. The service department denied it. had to call back the person who sold me the program who after putting me on hold/making me wait for 40mns told me why I was calling (bugging) her, no ones dead (Y'a pas mort d'homme). Spent 2h waiting for this to get resolved, had to talk to the sales manager to have my issue fixed, only he understood that no one in their right mind would pay for a $1400 program and travel 4h only to pay for the service again. What was supposed to be a quick one hour in and out became a 4h struggle to get what I paid for. Ended up not getting all of it, the bike was not detailed as promised and included in the program. When you are in to buy, they welcome you as an actual client, give you a seat and tell you whatever lies you want to hear to close the sale. When you come back for service, they treat you as a beggar, ask you to wait outside or in Tim Hortons and deny whatever they said when selling the bike. Another client that I met there was having the same issue, had an appointment at 8am only took his bike in at 11am and yeah he was asked to wait in the parking lot outside. Take your business somewhere else! They dont deserve it!

I didn't buy anything but the sales dude Maxime was very helpful. Very pleasant guy and I hope when I do settle on a bike, I can make a deal with him. Man, do these guys have a lot of bikes compared to the dealers around Eastern Ontario.
