TERRIBLE ! 3 times the man refuses to wash my car because he’s lazy . I have a brand new 2022 car that’s spotless , I wanted him to just vacuum the seats and wipe them down and he says 25$ and when I say okay fine , he’s like no never mind there’s too much hair ? It’s dog hair on leather seats you can blow it or vacuum it off! Oublie cet place ! Le pire des pires !

had a appointment this morning for a car detailing...... Nobody was there .... Nobody anwsered the phone . Thanks for wasting my time ! extremely unprofessional...... I do NOT recommend this place

On March 14th we received a door to door sales agent visit from a man named Maxime who said the company was his and that he had bought the business over from a previously mis-run company. Sold us a package that would cover my two vehicles for top to bottom car washes. We specifically took the service because they offered to come here, at the home, and wash the cars and detail them. Even going as far as saying they have the equipment need to even slightly lift the car to clean the under carriage. This is what we were looking for. I paid at the door and received a coupon with which I would use to claim my services when time would come. Today April 18th, I decided to call and get service for 1 of my cars. Upon calling the number given on the coupon, we were answered by someone who says they are the owner by the name of "SOBE". We courteously asked for the service we were sold for the at home cleaning and were told that "No, they do not do home visits AT ALL and that we are to bring our car to them". We were quite surprised at this answer considering this is literally what sold us to take the service. This man "SOBE" went on to say that they took a company to promote their service and they apparently sold their service incorrectly to people and that he wasn't responsible for this and that we paid THEM and that we need to refer back to them. This blew my mind. He essentially had no empathy and understanding for us potential customers who are being misinformed and basically told us to go deal with it. He was quite rude on the phone with my wife. Had the audacity to say "he doesn't have all day" when asking for additional information to reach the supposed sellers. He was clearly aware of the ongoing misinformation and met us with hostility versus cooperation. Considering how we treated us over the phone I can only imagine what kind of service we would have actually received. I run a business as well and understand that every interaction matters and his clearly didn't. I would NEVER speak to customers this way and I do NOT recommend their services to anyone that values how they are treated.
