â â â â â Le site est mal fait t'es obligĂ© de faire un profil juste pour pouvoir voir les produits ou savoir le prix des livres. J'ai entendu dire une fille qu'elle avait commandĂ© un livre et il l'ont vendu Ă qqun d'autre. En plus 3e journĂ©e d'Ă©cole et y dĂ©cident de faire une grĂšve Ă midi. Belle façon de faire chiers les Ă©tudiants quoi. Pas de journĂ©e pour se procurer des manuels usagĂ©s non plus et trĂšs peu de choix de livres usĂ©s Ă peine 4 petits bac. MajoritĂ© du temps y manque tout le temps de quoi (cahiers coop, romans et manuels) pas dispo, pas encore reçu la commande tout vendu... n'importe quoi! De plus le prix sont pas wow en tant que membre. DĂ©cevant!
The site is badly done you are forced to make a profile just to be able to see the products or know the price of books. I heard a girl say she ordered a book and they sold it to someone else. In addition 3rd day of school and decide to go on strike at noon. Nice way to piss off the students. No day to get used textbooks either and very little choice of used books just 4 small bins. Most of the time there is missing all the time what (coop notebooks, novels and manuals) not available, not yet received the order all sold ... anything! Also the prices are not wow as a member. Disappointing!

â â â â â Service Ă la clientĂšle complĂštement nul, en cas de problĂšme avec une commande ou avec leurs systĂšme ils ne rĂ©pondent PAS aux e-mails, il faut les harceler pour les avoirs au tĂ©lĂ©phone pour quâils vous disent finalement que câest de votre faute. Aller acheter ailleurs pour moins chĂšre sa vous sauvera de lâargent et du temps.
Completely bad customer service, if there is a problem with an order or with their system they do NOT respond to e-mails, you have to harass them for credit on the phone so that they ultimately tell you it's your fault . Going to buy somewhere else for less will save you money and time.

Durant mon parcours collégial, je faisais de mon possible pour ne pas acheter là -bas et malheureusement la situation actuelle m'a forcé la main d'acheter entre leurs mains et je le regrette énormément.

Dear student, buy your books on Amazon, Kijiji, on the FaceBook Marketplace or even on the Facebook group L'aubainerie des livres de Maisonneuve, if you want to avoid headaches with their computer system and lack of customer service.
During my college career, I did my best not to buy there and unfortunately the current situation forced me to buy into their hands and I regret it greatly.
