★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today to browse their refurbished tablets. A swarthy-looking fellow spied me from the corner of his eye and came over.
"Yes," he asks me.
Looking over the display of refurbished mobile devices, I noticed only a row of old android phones.
I say to the guy, "I wanted to see what tablets you had in stock today, but it doesn't look like you have any." I start to turn to leave, when he stops me.
"Of course I do!" He declares assertively, pointing to a few darkly-coloured beaten-up boxes under the display glass. "I have these iTablets*, right here!"
I peer at the pictures on the boxes, which showed some bizarre, no-name tablet I'd never seen before in eleven years of using/developing on mobile devices. "I've never heard of these before."
"Well, that's because you don't know anything about tablets," he smirks at me. "You only know Samsung!" He then proceeds to list off manufacturer names of android devices, many of which, as he quite rightly assumed, I have never effing heard of before. Obviously this man is the god of technology, in his own view.
I just laughed at him and left.
* The brand name was not exactly this, but I can't remember what it was. My guess is that the tablet was from North Korea. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are the absolute worst, first I walk in the store and nobody acknowledged my presence, all I wanted to do was to print a paper and they changed me $1.50 for a black and white document. He had the balls to tell me that it was a color copy because an email address on the document came out in blue -“even if it is a dot that is in color on the paper is a color copy” he said. Save yourself a bad experience and never go to this place.

The guy is a thief, he will charge for diagnostic and never check your computer or tell you he fixed problems that were never there and charge you for them....
