Great repair shop but unfortunately victim of their success, delays for repairs are way too long.

voleurs qualifies, Service is very bad, I took my mower to them beginning of June, no news until July when I went there to inquire about it. they told me "we did not have time to check it", one week later they called me and told me it is the fuse, and the fuse is not covered by the warranty and will cost me around $60, but if we order the whole piece, the warranty will cover it. Another month later, that is mid August they called me to tell me it is the charger, and again the charger is not covered by the warranty and they prepared an invoice of over $100 for the charger aside from the $40 that I paid as a security deposit in the beginning. I told that is not fair and there was nothing to do with the charger. they confiscated (stole) my $40, and why "stole": because when I called Ryobi they told me the charger is under warranty and it is clearly indicated in the mower's manuals and not only that, the respectful company "RYOBI" sent me by expedited mail the charger without any charge. this is the service I got from Atelier Guglia Jean & Fils and how they robbed me of $40

still waiting for them to poick my snow blower after spending 800$ and got the machine at the end of winter. used 1h 1/2 after and does not start anymore. supose to pick up but so far nothinf=g after 3 weeks. ya real great service.

It was a long wait to be served in the parts department, but the guys behind the counter know their stuff, and have tons of info at their fingertips. I think they can find you anything no matter how obscure. I guess that's why Husqvarna sent me directly there.

Best place in Town to buy a snowblower, lawnmower, chainsaw and many more good products with better services than any other store. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. They are in business for over 70 years!! You can tell they know their stuff very well!

I was looking to buy a 20" ripping chain (not a common part) along with some other things. They had everything in stock, and gave me great advice. I'm glad that I went there.

I'm not a complainer, so view this as objective. I went in wanting to buy a 700$ chainsaw, but could not get served. I waited 20 minutes after asking someone to get a salesperson, and then I left. It was a Friday 11:20am, and no one seemed to care. Also, the store looks dirty, and disorganized. My general impression is that this is a B2B place, and not a place for regular consumers. I think Stihl needs to rethink their distribution model. If you wanted to showcase an example of why Amazon is killing small businesses, this place would win a medal (bad service = more motivation to go through Amazon).

This time had a very positive experience. The tech went out of his way to find me my part and make arrangements for me to pick up at the local distributor. Top notch customer service.
