★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait réparer mon téléphone suite à des dommages par l'eau. Je le récupère une première fois et j'ai des problèmes avec l'écran tactile (ghost touch). Je retourne le faire arranger. Je le récupère une seconde fois et il y a encore des problèmes avec l'écran tactile. Je le récupère un autre 24 heures plus tard et cette fois-ci tout fonctionne sauf la vibration. Le moteur de vibration ne fonctionne plus du tout. Mais bon, pas question de leur laisser mon téléphone une 4ème fois. Et ça c'est sans parler du coût exorbitant de la réparation.
Non seulement ils ne m'ont pas offert un dédommagement, le plus insultant est que je n'ai même pas eu droit à des excuses.
À éviter à tout prix.
*Ajout* Le signal Bluetooth est plus faible qu'avant la réparation et la sensibilité de l'écran tactile n'est pas aussi bonne qu'avant. Si l'écran est moindement sale ou humide, il répond moins bien, ce qui n'était pas le cas avant. Ce commerce utilise probablement des composantes de faible qualité. Ce n'est pas surprenant mais plutôt décevant étant donné le coût élevé de la réparation.
2e ajout. La batterie du téléphone s'est mise à gonfler peu après et au bout de deux semaines il était devenu impossible de le charger. J'ai finalement remplacé mon téléphone et je vais définitivement envoyer une mise en demeure à ce commerce.
I had my phone repaired due to water damage. I get it for the first time and I have problems with the touch screen (ghost touch). I'm going back to have it fixed. I get it a second time and there are still issues with the touchscreen. I get it another 24 hours later and this time everything is working except the vibration. The vibration motor does not work at all. But hey, no question of giving them my phone for the 4th time. And that's not to mention the exorbitant cost of repair.
Not only did they not offer me compensation, the most insulting part was that I didn't even get an apology.
Avoid at all costs.
* Added * The bluetooth signal is weaker than before the repair, and the touch screen sensitivity is not as good as before. If the screen is slightly dirty or damp, it responds less well, which was not the case before. This business probably uses low quality components. This is not surprising but rather disappointing given the high cost of repair.
2nd addition. The battery of the phone started to swell soon after and after two weeks it had become impossible to charge it. I finally replaced my phone and I will definitely send a formal notice to this business.

I brought my cell phone to open and dry it, I was told the next day Will be ready but when I ironed they just opened the cell and already told me that the motherboard was broken but it was not true, the worse they broke a piece that I had to pay $ 140 to Solder it elsewhere

He explained everything that needed to be fixed, didn't push anything I didn't need, and demonstrated everything after he fixed it to confirm everything was ok. Fast service, great price and very friendly. :)
