★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'aimerais dire que cet endroit est charmant. C'est tout de même une clinique avant tout, mais un peu de charme et de couleur c'est toujours plus agréable ! Le personnel y est plus qu'accueillant et très efficace ! Je dirais que le plus gros problème de cet endroit c'est l'entrée... Dû aux quelques marches et à l'espace très étroit dans le hall, il est difficile de passer avec une poussette ou même avec une coquille sous le bras, sans oublier le sac à main, le sac de bébé, ect. Je vous conseil donc le porte-bébé si vous en avez un, un sac à dos pour un choix plus judicieux ou encore d'être accompagné pour avoir un peu d'aide. Sur un aspect plus pratique, j'aimerais souligner que malgré l'emplacement, il est facile de trouver une place de stationnement sur la rue Louis-Hémon au sud de bélanger.
 I would like to say that this place is lovely. It is all the same a clinic above all, but a little charm and color is always more pleasant! The staff are more than welcoming and very efficient! I would say the biggest problem with this place is the entrance ... Due to the few steps and the very narrow space in the hall, it is difficult to pass with a stroller or even with a shell under your arm , not forgetting the handbag, baby bag, ect. I therefore recommend the baby carrier if you have one, a backpack for a more judicious choice or to be accompanied to have a little help. On a more practical aspect, I would like to point out that despite the location, it is easy to find a parking space on Louis-Hémon Street south of Bélanger.

My children's pediatrician is the best .. Dr Julie Bailon, I love her because she is very competent, very smart and very fast and even very professional. always listening. Respectful .. she follows up on her patients .. she was my daughter's pediatrician since ste Justine and now at the clinic for my children. I love her so much. My Zeramd children ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very dissapointed with this clinic. I have been bringing my son since he was born ( he is now 2 years old). Since the beginning of the pandemic, the clinic has become a 'cold clinic'. They are not taking any in person appointments. My son has not seen his pediatrician in a year. It's not right, nor is it humane. Only phone appointments. He isn't allowed to be seen by another pediatrician. I am expecting my second child and he isn't guaranteed to see a doctor once he is born. A friend of mine, whose child was seen by another pediatrician at this clinic, called to make an appointment and the receptionist informed her that he no longer worked there. The child no longer has a pediatrician and was not given any notice. Very unprofessional and poorly managed.
