Les pédiatres dans cette clinique sont vraiment accueillants et gentils, surtout ma pédiatre.

The pediatricians in this clinic are really welcoming and kind, especially my pediatrician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçue par la façon dont la situation suivante est gérée: Mes garçons sont patients d'une pédiatre qui est en congé de maladie depuis quelques années. Aujourd'hui, en téléphonant pour savoir si la médecin est de retour et pour prendre rendez-vous, la secrétaire m'informe qu'elle ne retournera pas à la clinique, qu'elle ne pratique pas ailleurs et qu'à moins que mon enfant soit suivi pour un problème quelconque ou sous médication, qu'il ne peut être vu parce que les autres pédiatres ont déjà une charge importante de travail. Je comprends qu'il s'agit d'une situation difficile à gérer, mais je trouve ça absolument inacceptable de nous offrir aucune solutions à nous, les parents. C'est totalement injuste de se retrouver sans pédiatre du jour au lendemain, sachant que ça fait déjà quelques années qu'on nous fait attendre pour avoir un rendez-vous et qu'on nous avait pas vraiment offert de solution entre temps. Maintenant, on nous montre carrément la porte! Depuis plusieurs, plusieurs mois, je fais face à des petits problèmes avec mes enfants. J'ai consulté les éducatrices des enfants, des organismes communautaires du coin et même une intervenante et ils me disent tous de consulter le pédiatre, mais j'attendais, vu la situation. Je considère que j'ai été très compréhensive, mais maintenant, je me sens totalement laissée à moi-même, puisque je n'ai pas les outils pour faire face à cette situation et je crois que mes enfants auraient besoin d'aide. Très décevant et fachant comme expérience!!
Very disappointed with the way the following situation is managed: My boys are patients of a pediatrician who has been on sick leave for several years. Today, by calling to find out if the doctor is back and to make an appointment, the secretary informs me that she will not return to the clinic, that she does not practice elsewhere and that unless my child is being followed for any problem or on medication, that he cannot be seen because the other pediatricians already have a heavy workload. I understand that this is a difficult situation to manage, but I find it absolutely unacceptable to offer us any solutions to us, the parents. It is totally unfair to be without a pediatrician overnight, knowing that we have been waiting for a few years already for an appointment and that we had not really been offered a solution in the meantime. Now we are being shown the door squarely! For several, several months, I have faced small problems with my children. I consulted the children's educators, local community organizations and even a worker, and they all told me to consult the pediatrician, but I was waiting, given the situation. I consider that I have been very understanding, but now I feel completely left to myself, since I do not have the tools to face this situation and I believe that my children would need help. Very disappointing and annoying as an experience !!

La dame me répond: nous ne prenons pas de nouveau patient et raccroche. J’allais lui demander une piste pour trouver un clinique mais pas eu le temps. J’entends la tonalité…
Bref… le sentiment que j’ai eu après! Bof…
So I just got the line hung up on me. I have applied to request an appointment but they are not taking a new patient. The lady answers me: we are not taking a new patient and hangs up. I was going to ask him for a lead on finding a clinic but I didn't have time. I hear the dial tone ...
Anyway ... the feeling I had afterwards! Okay ...
