Same as the doctors. Some seem to be good but others are cold and take you for fools when you ask questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children had been patients at this clinic since they were born. We left the country due to a temporary job transfer. Upon returning, I called the clinic when my youngest daughter needed to see a doctor.she has a medical issue which needs to be followed and which had been followed at this clinic. I was told since we left, they are no longer patients and not able to see a dr. I asked to become a patient again and the secretary rudely said no. I asked what were the options and she just kept telling me they aren't patients and go somewhere else. She was short and rude and never offered any help in order to solve the situation. On the clinics website they have a mission statement which states they wish to serve in an "ethical, innovative,caring manner" Which I received none of. It is not the first time I've called and the secretaries are rude and act like they are doing us a favour by being there. I'm so disappointed and angry that this secretary acted like I was bothering her busy day, offered no help in a caring manner and brushed me off. What are you supposed to do when looking for a dr. She could have simply given some suggestions politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor is good(Kuglemass) but the younger receptionist with dark long hair and glasses is probably the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She deals with sick kids, parents of sick kids. Some people are going through rough stuff and she can't smile. She's rude on the phone, completely useless in general. Needs to be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars during the week. My doctor is amazing. Expeditive, but amazing. Same day emergency appointments are easy to get.
1 star during the weekend. If your child has the misfortune of falling ill during the weekend, do not count on them. I have tried to call on three different weekends and have never managed to get through to ANYONE at the clinic. The voicemail says they are opened until 4pm on Saturdays and 1pm on Sundays, yet no one picks up the phone with no indication of whether they are opened or not. I decided to drive there one Saturday at 1pm and the clinic was CLOSED - as in, no lights, no receptionists, doors locked, CLOSED. While they are not the only clinic to conduct such practices, I find it frustrating at best that parents are left to fend for themselves during weekends under pretext that 'the clinic wasn't busy enough'. The whole concept of 'emergency appointments' is that it cannot be planned in advance within prescribed business hours. At least have your voice system mention that you are closed instead of trapping stressed out parents into an endless pre-recorded loop.... BE ADVISED.
UPDATE: I've also driven to the clinic after 6pm on weekdays after multiple fruitless calls (when they are supposed to be opened until 8pm) and spoke to a receptionist in person while the phones were incessantly ringing and they just carelessly ignored them. I have no idea how this is considered OK as a company practice, but it's happening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had both my kids at this clinic since birth and always great experience (19+ years now). The secretaries are helpful and do what they can for you. The doctors are great too. Especially cannot say enough good about the emergency clinic side, always available, same day, love it! In this terrible hospital/clinic system for adults where you never get appointments and are in limbo waiting, I wish my kids could stay at this clinic for life <3 Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Eiseman is the worst human being in this world. He should stop practicing med especially with children altogether. I bring my son in because of his temperature and try to explain his medical condition. Completely ignores me and barely looks at my child practically throws him on the bed and gets annoyed an infant is crying and tells me to take him home and stop taking his temperature. I rush him to the hospital and they tell me the temperature is high and he has an infection and inquired why the doctor hasn’t taken the proper action. His snarky remark and pathetic attitude and careless could’ve turned for the worst for my son. This pathetic human being could’ve caused far more damage to my child. Had he done his job I would’nt have had to rush my child in the middle of the night to the hospital. If your reading this I hope you reconsider your career choice or RETIRE. You don’t deserve to treat anyone let alone a child. Go get the mental help you need. Pathetic waste of space of a doctor.
