★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physimed is a great clinic, however Dr Doina Sitaru isnt. I arrived 8 minutes late for an appointment and she cancelled my appointment. I have, in the past waited for her numerous times way past my appointment time. Unfortunately, not all doctors put their patients first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this clinic negative ratings if I could. I went in for a consult scheduled by my company and was examined by Dr. Le. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional - he raised his voice at me and berated me when I didn’t understand something. He also did not appear to have cleaned the otoscope before examining my ear, and I felt disgusted but was too intimidated and stressed to speak up. Dr. Le’s behaviour is so atrocious that I considered filing a complaint with the medical board. I do not recommend this clinic at all, and would try to avoid going as much as possible in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff at the front seem to bee very busy or not really care at time, but as a clinic, I have to say they are very good. I have Doctor Anghel and by just asking the correct questions he ticked off something for my bloodwork and saw something just a big off, was referred to a specialist and it changed my life. I don't have his email, if I did I would have contacted him directly and told him how much I appreciate his service. hope he gets to see this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw doctor in the summer. He did not provide renewals of regular prescriptions. Now that they are expiring I asked if doctor could renew them. No, only with an appointment but no appointments until January! Can I speak to doctor? Was told no. Can I send him an email? No again. Call pharmacy I was told. Pharmacy was helpful. Physimed was not as usual. Always say no to everything and are so rude. The doctor is nice but he made the mistake and they would not take any responsibility. This has been my experience for years. Can never get by the unprofessional receptionists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my pre-employment medical exam here and it was the worst medical experience I've ever had. The (male) doctor who examined me was very inappropriate and didn't take into account patient consent and respectful behaviour (especially towards a woman). First, he didn't believe me when I told him my weight and was making comments like "so you think you're ...kg huh..." while weighing me (I was correct about my weight but that doesn't even matter). Then he started palpating me without warning and he partially undressed me without warning me or maybe asking me to do it myself! He used his bare hands on my body and also had me bent over with my back to him while he did this. Very uncomfortable and vulnerable position to be in. Also got no respectful response when I brought this up with the clinic.

This is the worst clinic I've ever been to in terms of customer service. I never liked their service, didn't find them helpful or caring when I needed help. Plus, I was never informed that my doctor left the clinic. I called today to make an appointment and they announced to me he left 2 years ago. The clinic should've let me know back then and should've put me with another doctor right away. Now I'm stuck with this situation, I don't know where my file is, I don't even know if I still have a doctor. I really don't recommend this place.

We schedule our annual physical every year around January & we could count on the great service when scheduling an appointment.
